This blog is a continuation of User Advocacy I, which has moved because of continued Blogspot software failures and downtime. Interestingly, WordPress cannot/will not allow “user-advocacy” as a title, so that’s my first disenchantment here. Why is it so hard for people to do simple things correctly?
